We take absolutely any type of waste exept from asbestos and toxic waste such as sewerage, due to UK health & safety regulations.

Do we have to get everything out of the house first?

No, we remove and load everything from anywhere inside or outside of the property, however the easier it is for our teams to access and load your waste, the less we have to charge for our time, passing a bigger discount back to you.

I only have one item, will you come out for that?

Of course we will. No load is too small, providing you are within our listed local areas we can work your collection into a daily route. Usually same day!

So, how can you be cheaper than hiring a skip, if you do all the work?

1. We only charge you for what we take unlike skip hire who have to apply a maximum weight charge on each size of their skips.
2. You have no need to arrange and pay extra for a skip permit from your local authority.
3. We can load up, in a way that allows us to separate and recycle as much of the load as possible, passing a discount onto you.
4. We are able to donate items that are in good condition to charity for reuse, (providing fire labels are intact) ensuring that they are not damaged in loading. Reuse not only makes the load more eco-firendly and helps someone in need, it also means that we can discount your overall cost for the load as we don't have to pay the disposal fee at licensed waste facilities.

Do you have to pay to get rid of the rubbish?

Yes and we only use licensed waste disposal sites across London and Kent.

How do I know that my stuff isn't being flytipped down the road?

1. We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier, we are fully insured, CRB checked, health and safety trained and PCI DSS compliant. In short we are a licensed company and our certificate is available as a public document on the UK Government website
2. As a legal requirement, we provide you with a waste transfer note via email once your junk has been collected. This serves as a written record of your lawful waste transfer to us and shows that we have disposed of your waste correctly.
3. We have an extensive domestic and commercial clientele throughout London and Kent which continues to grow over ten years. In short there is absolutely no risk that your waste could be unlawfully disposed of when using Budget Junk.

How do I get a price for my rubbish?

If your waste items are more than you can describe individually, via phone or email you can either:

1. Call or book online a free quote visit where we can have a look and give you an exact quote.
2. If you have smartphone and would prefer an instant quote, you can take a short video or a few photos of you waste and email to us. We will email you right back, with a quote based on the photos provided.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, as well as cash, we accept all major debit and credit cards at no extra cost.

Do you add VAT?

No we currently do not charge VAT on our prices for clients using any of our waste disposal services.

You take garden waste, do you dig out bushes etc?

We will certainly have a go at digging out or cutting down green waste, however a charge for labour will be applied to the quote before we start.

We cannot accept any tree work that requires skilled Tree Surgery and we do not remove stumps. Primarily we load and remove waste that has already been detached from its root, but our teams are always happy to discuss any requiremtents you have.
